What is included in your service:

1. Detailed Assessment: Inspection of your solar battery to spot any issues affecting its performance.
2. Comprehensive Testing:  Gauge your battery’s health and charging efficiency.
3. Clear Communication:  Explanation of findings in easy-to-understand terms and offer solutions.
4. Immediate Repairs: Whenever possible, fix any identified problems on the spot. 

Please note: The service should include enough time to fully complete the task required. If more time is needed in order to finish the work, the technician will communicate with you directly to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

To ensure a smooth check-up, please grant our technicians clear access to your battery installation.

Some tests may briefly pause your battery’s operation, but it’s all part of ensuring it’s in top shape!

Service Advisory:

This service is primarily intended for diagnostic / troubleshooting purposes. The attending technician will assess and identify any issues, but immediate resolution may not be possible.  If a replacement or RMA is needed, the technician will inform you and discuss next steps.
